What is your shipping/return policy?

I unfortunately cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or returns at this time.
If you order a shirt, please refer to the size chart in the listing descriptions to assure that you order the correct size, as I do not offer exchanges.

Make sure to double check that the address you entered at checkout is correct! If it's not correct, The package may be returned to me and I will request that shipping be paid again so I can ship it to the correct address.
If a package is returned to me, then I will contact you via email to discuss options for remailing it.

When will I get my order?

Please keep in mind I am just one person with a chronic disability packing and shipping orders.

That said, I will ship things out typically within 5-10 business days. Refer to the tracking number provided to you with your order for a more accurate delivery date.

Keep in mind that pre-order items will be shipped along with the rest of your order at a later date, once the pre-order items are in stock.
Please note DEVILCANDY is not responsible if your package ends up missing/lost during transit. I recommend contacting your local post office if you have any issues regarding this!

DEVILCANDY holds the right to refuse service for any reason.

DEVILCANDY is not responsible for any import taxes or fees that may incur with international orders, including VAT fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer.

DEVILCANDY merchandise is mailed from a home that has 2 pet cats, however they are kept out of the room where items are stored and orders are packed. (I personally have a cat allergy, so I try to keep this room as cat-free as possible!)
